			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This December, Green School will host the first <strong><em>Senior Green SuperCamp</em></strong> in Bali. This is a one week program taking place from 17th to 23rd December, and is open to young leaders from 14 to 18 years old.</p>
<p><strong>Roger Hamilton</strong> initiated the partnership between Green School, Bali and SuperCamp in the USA. As he says <em>“SuperCamp has been the leader in summer camps focused on accelerate learning for some time. Green School is all about a wider education in life, of which academic studies is just one component. So for students to come to Green School and experience ways to read faster, memorize better and gain a stronger sense of self and direction through SuperCamp is just fantastic.”</em></p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.rogerjameshamilton.com">Roger Hamilton</a> </strong>organised the first Junior Green SuperCamp in July, and the success of this has now led to the Senior Camp and the next Junior Camp in July 2012. Students are traveling in from around the region for the camp, and will be staying on location on the Green School campus. <p><em><strong>“Leadership in the 21st Century is more to do with our ability to constantly discover, be curious and take risks as things are changing so quickly. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Within <strong>Roger Hamilton’s</strong> Wealth Spectrum Test, entrepreneurs who are busy building their business are often shocked to find themselves at the Infra-red level of the spectrum. This is the level at which their personal cash flow is negative each month.</p>
<p>The immediate reaction from many at Infra-red level is “I am deliberately not paying myself enough as my company needs the money more than me”, or “I may be negative now, but when I sell my business / get profitable / I’ll make it all back.”</p>
<p>As <a title="Roger Hamilton" href="http://www.rogerjameshamilton.com"><strong>Roger Hamilton</strong></a> explains, the truth is, until you master your own personal flow, you can’t expect to master the flow of your business or the markets. It’s like saying you don’t need to know how to swim, as you plan to take the boat. It is only when you try and get on board you find no crew will take a sailor who can’t swim. You are a liability to both yourself and others – especially in times of trouble.</p>
<p><em><strong>“Infra-red level means you’re bleeding. If a patient goes to get plastic surgery, and they are bleeding everywhere, the doctor will say he needs to stop the bleeding first. If the patient remains in denial, saying ‘no don’t worry about the bleeding, I’ve got plenty of blood. I came here to look great so just get on with the surgery’, the doctor will insist he can’t start unless the bleeding stops first. It’s priority number one, and it needs to be for every entrepreneur before they start trying to look good.” &#8211; Roger James Hamilton</strong></em></p>
<p>The principal of ‘pay yourself first’ is about making sure you are not the liability in the business, otherwise every business problem becomes a personal problem. In an emergency, airlines advise mothers to give themselves oxygen before their children. It’s the same principal. Your wealth doesn’t begin with your business, but with yourself. When you get your foundations in place, then you can do a level-header job at applying the same principals to take your business to profit.</p>

<p><strong>Roger Hamilton</strong> often compares the flow of money with the flow of water in a river. Every great Wealth Creator has created their own river. When we grow our river, we grow our flow. As we grow our flow, we grow our attraction. Here are Roger Hamilton’s four factors that make up all flow, and how it relates to the Wealth Dynamics system.</p>
<p><strong>1. Currency</strong><br />
Water, like money, flows in a current. Currency means both something that flows, and something that is constantly updated to be relevant such as “That idea has currency”. Money is already flowing around this planet at an unprecedented rate. Great Wealth Creators have achieved their wealth not by ‘making money’ but by ‘creating flow’. They have learnt how to redirect some of this money flow through themselves and their enterprises. Wealth then, is largely about good plumbing. There are rules to this plumbing, and the structure of Wealth Dynamics is based on these rules.</p>
<p><strong>2. Flow</strong><br />
Flow is about more than cash flow. It is about life flow. Each of us creates our greatest wealth when we are in our own personal flow. Those of us who build a river around this flow attract all the resources, people and opportunities in the same way that a leaf thrown in a river will naturally be attracted to the central current. When we are creating the right river, it feels right for us. When you find your flow, you begin to love life and live life fully.</p>
<p><strong>3. Path</strong><br />
There are different paths to running a river, and we each have a natural path of least resistance. Wealth Dynamics classifies these paths into eight profiles. Each is a different game with different players and different rules. Until you follow your natural path, life feels like a struggle and you will find little attraction. Many of us are operating at a fraction of our true potential. Focus on your natural path and life soon changes from hard-to-get to easy-to-give.</p>
<p><strong>4. Purpose</strong><br />
In a river, flow assumes exit as well as entry. Giving more opens the way to receiving more. With flow, a bigger income goes hand-in-hand with a bigger outcome. In the limited time we have on this planet, we choose our power to create and our power to contribute. When you live in your flow you maximize this power. You attract the resources to leave a lasting legacy. Your path leads to your purpose.</p>
